Complaint Procedure

Step 1:
You must wait for a 24-hour cool-down period before filing a complaint.

Step 2:
Have you followed the proper chain of command in addressing your issue? The process is direct, and you must contact the appropriate individuals before approaching the Discipline Committee. Failure to follow this chain may result in a $500 fine.

Chain of Command:

  1. Parent / Player
    ? Volunteer Team Coach(es) / Volunteer Team Manager
    ? Volunteer Program Director
    ? Fort Saskatchewan Soccer - Discipline Committee
    ? Edmonton North Zone Soccer Association (Zone)
    ? Edmonton Minor Sports Association (District)
    ? Alberta Soccer Association

Step 3:
All complaints must be submitted by email and should include the complainant’s name, phone number, and email address. The subject line must read "Complaint for Review by the Discipline Committee."
If you have not followed the proper procedures, your complaint will not be reviewed. If the Discipline Committee Chairperson requires further information, you may be contacted.

If you have not adhered to the correct procedure, your complaint will not be reviewed.
