Registration - Indoor

Indoor Season Registration is Aug 4 to Sept 8. Link to REGISTRATION  is located at the bottom of this page.

Registration is now closed. We have waitlists open for U11-U13 boys and girls until Sept 26. Once we have established we have room on a team we will take players off the waitlist an move them to the team.

Register early because some programs may be full prior to registration closing.

Due to COVID-19 and following the current Return to Soccer guidelines, we are planning to offer an in house league for our U11-19 community players pending district approval. Each team will have one practice during the week and an in house scrimmage on the weekend, both at the DCC indoor soccer field. There will be no community league games with other communities If we are able to move to Phase 3 during the season, we will be transferring to the EMSA league and the additional fees will be added at that time.

EMSA is having a premier league that we can participate in pending our district approval. EMSA is planning on two games in two weeks and then isolate for two weeks. If you would like to tryout for the premier team, you need to register by Sept 3 at this link. http://fortsasksoccer.ca/form/2177

The Timbit programs will remain the same as other seasons.

If you are a member of a soccer cohort according to Alberta Soccer you cannot be part of another soccer cohort. If a player wants to switch cohorts, they may do so, but they will need to self-isolate for 14 days first. Alberta Health Services does not recommend you being part of any other cohort. So, as an example if you play school basketball, you can only play school basketball, not basketball and soccer. The reason for this is to be able to trace the virus if it becomes an issue. The more cohorts you belong to the harder it becomes to conduct contact tracing.

If the season is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. global health pandemic, act of god), a prorated refund will be issued, based on the following:

  • Before games are played: 100% of registration fee minus $15 nonrefundable administration fee.
  • After practices/games have started: (# of practices/games remaining /total # of practices/games) * Fee minus 10% administration fee.

Registration and payment are online only; there are no in-person registration dates. We do not take registrations at the Fort Sask Registration Day event.

If you need to pay by cheque or cash or are applying for KidsSport, please contact our sport coordinator at info@fortsasksoccer.ca to make arrangements. The last day to do this is Sept 3 by noon.

New this season, we are implementing a spilt payment option to pay for the registration fees. You will have the option of paying half of the registration fees at the time of registration with the balance of the registration fees being charged to your credit card on Sept 30 or paying the fees in full.

In order to make fundraising equitable for all soccer families, a $25 mandatory fundraising fee for raffle tickets will be added to the registration once per athlete.

The refundable $100 volunteer deposit Policy will be added to your payment during registration (once per family). The $100 deposit will be refunded to your credit card when you complete you volunteer commitment.

Players must register and play in their appropriate age level unless exceptional circumstances are determined by our Technical Committees. For more information refer to our Policy 1210: Player Movement.

Only special requests which are made during online registration will be reviewed.  Reviewing a request does not mean it can be granted.
