We ask that players come into the building no earlier than 15 minutes prior to their start time and to stay in the parking lot until this time.
The coach can go to the Front Desk for the same key sign out process as was done in the past.
The main doors, of the Dow Centennial Centre, will be used for the entrance and exit from the building as per map. Once inside, the information below will guide your group to the correct red or green entrance to the soccer field:
Please note that a full field booking will only have access to the two dressing rooms that are located on the side they are assigned to. The red entrance will have access to dressing rooms 1 and 2 and the green entrance will have access to dressing rooms 3 and 4. There is a maximum of 9 people in the dressing room at a time so we ask that you have your players come into the building dressed and “ready to play”. They can bring in small bags to carry their shoes and they can use the dressing room to change. We highly recommend participants take their belongings with them to the team bench, if possible. Once the booked time is over, they can change shoes in the dressing room but ask that everyone be out within 15 minutes - no shower use permitted.
Building water fountains will be inoperable. Water bottle filling stations will be operable and participants must bring in their own water bottle, clearly labeled with their name and water bottles are not to be shared.
Please ensure players and parents are not standing around in the hallways or lobby. As per the AHS guidelines, no more than 50 spectators in the stands.
