Withdrawal & Refund Requests

(see Policy 1220 - Withdrawals, Cancellations and Refunds under the Information - Policies, Rules and Regulations tab)

If the season is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances a refund will be issued, based on the following:

Before games are played: 100% of amount paid to date minus $25 nonrefundable administration fee.
After practices/games have started: prorated refund of expenses not incurred minus 10% administration fee.

All withdrawal and refund requests initiated by the player parent/guardian must be on our online Withdrawal and Refund form

Please fill out our online Withdrawal & Refund Form which will automatically be submitted to the soccer office.

Refunds for the indoor season are made as follows:

a) Before September 15...... 100% of fee minus 10% administration fee

b) September 16 to 30........ 75% of fee minus 10% administration fee

c) October 1 to 15............... 40% of fee minus 10% administration fee

d) After October 15.............. No refund

Refunds for the outdoor season are made as follows:

a) Before March 15............ 100% of fee minus 10% administration fee

b) March 16 to 31 .............. 75% of fee minus 10% administration fee

c) April 1 to 15.................... 40% of fee minus 10% administration fee

d) After April 15.................. No refund.

Fort Saskatchewan Soccer (FSS) is a not for profit, volunteer driven organization dedicated to providing all children & youth within the City of Fort Saskatchewan and surrounding areas, a quality soccer program. As one of two original member sports, of the Fort Saskatchewan Minor Sports Association, FSS has continuously strived to deliver both indoor and outdoor soccer activities.

FSS offers two platforms for both indoor and outdoor programs: The Arsenal Soccer Program for kids playing in the under 9 to 19 age levels (U9 to U19), and the Junior Arsenal Soccer Program for kids playing in the under 5 to 7 age levels (U5 to U9). All FSS participants are encouraged to have fun and support each other both on and off the field/pitch, regardless of any differences of experience in soccer and/or lifestyle or backgrounds as a whole.

It is the philosophy of FSS, to create an environment where participants learn skill development, sportsmanship, positive attitude and respect for themselves, other participants and officials. FSS endeavours to be an inclusive program, in which sportsmanship and fair play are promoted within the games and structured practice sessions, and where intolerance, bullying and discrimination or shaming of any sort is never acceptable.
